I'm not that impressed with the "service" I received in December. I placed an order for a few items (all Christmas presents), and 1 of them still hasn't even arrived! I've had no apology or any contact from Prezziebox to say sorry for the delay & I've also had no response to the email I sent to complain about this. I asked for a reason for the delay, I asked for a refund of yet I'm to hear anything back about! I had to go & buy another present for my Dad which I hadn't budgeted for. I'm happy with the items I did receive but I will not order from yourselves again. Not until this problem is sorted out.
