Very poor and disappointing was told my present would be delivered on 26th. My sisters birthday was on the 27th. I had to phone 3 days after her birthday as still no delivery it hadn't even been dispatched even tho it was in stock!
I was told it would then be sent out express delivery so my sister would get it the next day - she didn't it was the day after! Very unhappy and will not be using again.
