The goods never arrived.
Ordered well in advance of Mother's Day.
Chased the order via the website after tracking showed delivery attempted three times and failed. I work from home so that is a fabrication, no "sorry we missed cards" delivered so again no proof of attempts.
I phoned twice, both times assured me it would arrive. Poor ability to track goods and give meaningful idea of whereabouts.
No real empathy shown on the phone or via messages. No attempt to follow up or showing any real care.
This was my wife's first Mother's Day with our 5 month old, totally ruined thanks to Prezzybox.
I usually use Amazon or Not on the high street but your range was better, pointless if you can't back that up with the service.
I won't be using you again and will stick with a more reliable provider.
I'll be sure to share my experience on social media and warn others not to waste their time and money on a shoddy uncaring company
