I telephoned Prezzybox 4 times over almost 2 weeks to get an update on my order (which was supposed to arrive between 12th-15th December), only to be told on the 4th occasion on the 22nd December that the order was never processed! Now the Christmas present will not arrive in time! There is no excuse for this and Prezzybox had known for days that the order was never processed, and only informed me today(22nd December) This matter could have been easily resolved, but for utter incompetence! Absolutely disgusting!
