My gift was ordered on the 29th Feb for delivery by the 3rd (latest), so all good for Mothers day. The present had still not arrived.
I have called to expedite and first of all got an answering machine staying you had a problem do someone would call me back - they never did. So I called again and spoke to a lady who was investigating and would call me back - I am still waiting.
Not impressed.
