I am very disappointed in my experience with Prezzybox. I ordered a gift for my mum, which never arrived and when I contacted them, they simply said, sorry the item is out of stock and we will refund your money. This is such poor customer service and it still left me without a gift for my mum.
I live in New Zealand and have used your company previously, so am so very upset by the whole experience
