Items are made elsewhere & sent to prezzybox for them to send on so the estimated date of delivery is from dispatch from prezzybox not from company who made item.
Have to say that got worried when saw lots bad reviews for this site & then not hear anything from prezzybox since placing order. I called them to chase item. Was assured call back but not got one. However the present ordered Tues night arrived sat so reasonably prompt.
