Order failed to arrive at friends home. Delivery company used were useless and no help at all.
Overall, a birthday gift was not given. First time using the site, very disappointed. Contacted customer service, was told I'd get a refund but didn't get told how lot it'd take for money to be returned. Won't be using again.
