Honestly, I was disappointed. The spider catcher arrived with a snapped shaft and was unusable. The box of bath bombs had clearly been shaken hard. Some of the cups were upside down (in the egg carton), and one of them had been shaken so hard it cracked. The box outside the carton was dented in one corner. Fortunately, the gift was appreciated and the bombs smelt excellent, so it wasn't all bad. It wasn't serious enough to complain about (nor worth the hassle involved to get the spider grabber replaced) but I don't think I'll be buying from you again in future.
