This was the first time i used Prezzy box, navigation of the site is good however I had to chase to see where my order was and only after chasing my gift was then despatched.
I sadly missed my brother-in-laws birthday as the goods turned up a lot later. It does state on the website same day despatch which is a load of rubbish
