I have given a grading of poor as I had ordered a gift which I was informed had a delivery date of 31st May to 2June. It arrived on the afternoon of 6th June which I don't consider to be a good service. I felt very embarrassed that my gift was so late. Luckily I'd told the person that I'd organised their gift to be delivered to their work place so that they would be expecting it so at least they knew I hadn't forgotten their birthday when it arrived so late. Had it indicated a date after 2nd June I wouldn't have ordered. This is my first purchase from Prezzy Box and unfortunately I don't think I'll buy from them again as there are other sellers selling very similar things so I'll try one of them in future.
