I bought a personalised birthday present from prezybox who outsources to a third party. Item arrived quickly and well packaged but the manufacturing quality was extremely poor. For this reason, upon my first contact with their customer services, I asked immediately to return the item and for a refund. Prezzybox ignored my request and instead ordered another one which I did not authorise. We went back and forth about it a bit until I started quoting distance selling regulations and faulty goods act... Which they did not acknowledged, but did in the end refund my money. All in all, when they responded, they were pleasant enough, but completely ignored my request which made communicating with them useless. I had a lot of hassle over a £30 item and it's sad but I'll never use them again because of it.
