I ordered three items as a gift fully expecting them to be delivered in one package. On realising that this was not the case I emailed customer services, even saying I'd pay additional, for them to be delivered as one. I was told this is not possible.
Fair enough, not ideal. But I only know that one item was delivered and have not had notification that the other two gifts have been shipped/delivered. I do not want to ask the recipients if they got them as that is not the correct etiquette when sending a gift.
From this experience I am unlikely to use the site again.
