I still have not received my order! I ordered a personalised cup to be delivered by the 20th July; as I work in a school I ordered it to be delivered there - it is now the summer holidays and consequently I cannot access the school. I sent a message informing the company of this and asked for an address change which has not been responded to. The track order facility on the website is not working so I am really left in the dark about the whereabouts of my order! As it part of a present for a week ago suffice to say I am very disappointed.
