Personalised newspaper arrived with totally the wrong date on it. Good job i ordered early. Paper consisted of 3 (thats all) pages of damaged and sellotaped up inner pages. Very poor value. And as it was a sunday edition (or not) they wanted an extra £20 surcharge. I wont be using them again.
Having said that the customer service when i telephoned to complain was pretty good, although i had to resort to a web search to find the telephone number out. Still awaiting my refund and return label to send the 'newspaper' back.
