I could not order online as it only worked in chrome not IE, billing page froze multiple times, then I was told (politely) to just try again.. eventually (6th) attempt I got the order through, but then the order was not dispatched, Chased up as no receipt of my gifts, and told postcode was not recognised - when was anyone going to tell me that proactively? You already had my money? Turns out I had put an O instead of a zero... rectified that and told dispatched on 19th Oct - STILL not there today 21st..... - and then one of my items was placed on back order as no longer available! I wouldn't mid but your head office is in WARKS where the dispatch address is, which is one reason why I have used you guys I the past as I live in Australia! I can only hope that a) the gifts eventually get there as I paid delivery to get them there by 16th for her birthday and 2 the back order arrives - not happy Jan ... hope you take this feedback on board, Thanks
