I ordered a heated back & seat massager for my big sisters 50th birthday (placed order on 11/11/16). I paid £9.95 to have it delivered before 12pm on 15/11/16 (my sisters birthday) - it hadn't been delivered by this time so I made a complaint at the back of 1pm, I was advised it would be chased up with the courier - over two hours later I was still waiting on being updated so I made another complaint , to which I was advised I would be contacted once there was an update. I was contacted on Wed afternoon to say another one had been dispatched express, this was then not delivered till the back of 5pm on the Thursday night - over two days late. I have had no offer of a refund on the £9.95 I paid for a service which was not given, nor have I been offered any recompense for the service I received - it was lucky I had another present for my sister or I would have been at her house empty handed. Frankly I would have given 0 stars apart from the fact that Claudia who took over my complaint dispatched another and got it delivered eventually. So, not too impressed overall.
