We made a very large order for some work Christmas gifts. Two boxes arrived,but unfortunatly three of the gifts were broken. I called the customer service team, and the guy I spoke to was very helpful and confirmed that they would send out three more to replace the broken ones. Fingers crossed these ones will arrive in one piece!
