I wasn't very happy with my purchase, it was cheep and flimsy and I felt too embarrassed to give it to my husband as our first wedding anniversary present, so wanted to return it.
So far I have had several emails from you asking what the problem is and can I send pictures of the item, but almost every email has been a generic email stating that there are no refunds unless item is faulty.
The item is not faulty but I feel that you misrepresented the item therefore I should be entitled to a refund.
What should have been a joyous and unforgettable first anniversary has been totally ruined.
I have had no customer service at all.
And as to date, am still awaiting a reply from you, no doubt just another generic email hoping to fob me off and that I will just get fed up and go away.
