Item arrived damaged (clearly caused prior to packing) and with personalised greeting label not level. I was offered a replacement which came quickly and was free from damage although the label was still not level ! The same mistake twice simply isn't good enough. On the plus side both items were well packaged, delivered promptly and the customer care in terms of asking for a replacement was good.
