Customer service adviser was very polite, showed interest and solved my issue immediately without no fuss. Item was packet really nicelly and it's " what says on the tine" . Don't give it a 5 because Hermes was primerelly the company chosen to do the delivery and they are the worst in the market as far I'm consern. Soon I realise what was going on contacted Prezzybox and they rearranged delivery with Parce Force And item was deliverd to me with no Problems
