I was informed that the first supposed delivery was put through my letterbox. This would not have been possible due to the size of my letterbox. This is therefore untrue. When I rang to try and locate my package the person I spoke to was understanding and helpful although I had to make all the suggestions to reach a solution. The second delivery was promised to take place between 09.00 and 12.00 today. The delivery was made at approx 13.00. Fortunately I was still in to take receipt of the package but had I needed to go out for any reason at 12.00 I would have missed the delivery.The driver made no apology for been late. As a result of all this I am unlikely to use your comapnay again or recommend them to others.
