we ordered an electronic item for our daughters birthday on 9th Dec, when we tried too use it it would not work due to it being faulty. One very disappointed daughter!!!!! Wow had to drive to our nearest Argos store to purchase a replacement that day. I have returned the item free postage but i bet we will not get refunded the postage we paid to have this faulty item delivered in the first place. We will wait and see.
