Quick delivery made me happy. I like how you don't have a section for where you can improve so will just add it here! My products were delivered in a large box and with a couple of the items in there being delicate, they were either squashed or broken by the large item I had ordered. One of the broken items were chocolates, which were replaced but still arrived broken! I am waiting to hear what resolution will now be applied.
