Usually has a variety of gifts you don't get anywhere else which makes giving them great because they are so unusual, and great quality. The only thing that let them down that I'm not happy about is that after around 5 days of waiting for a dispatch email for my items I had to contact customer service as I'd received no information. It turned out one of my products wasn't in stock and I hadn't been informed about it. But they were able to offer me a few solutions which was great.
