I liked the range of presents and the item I bought was good. I used prezzybox specifically because the delivery date offered was in time for my work secret santa. The item was not delivered on time, there was no explanation as to why it was late and I received no reply to the email I sent to customer services. It was only when I tweeted about the late delivery that this prompted a response. Even then the explanation offered was late delivery due to busy Christmas period - this should have been mentioned somewhere on the website that you were unable to commit to the given delivery dates . I felt that expectations were not properly managed. I am happy to have received a refund on the delivery charge. However I feel that this should have been offered as a courtesy rather than me having to ask for it.
