After a worry with how quickly my order was taking to arrive, the customer service was excellent via the facebook page, quick responses, friendly and reassured me that my delivery would arrive within the given time slot. The package arrived nicely done, in tact and everything was there again in tact. My only issue with the service is the companies choice of courier, my hermes who are utterly terrible and are notorious for lost or damaged parcels. I had no issue with the company itself, service or website the only thing that makes me reconsider future orders is the chosen courier service.
