Christmas present ordered did not arrive. after a week I contact prezzie box by email as no one ever answered their customer service number. After 2 days I had an email to say my parcel had been damaged in the post so was delivered,(thanks for letting me know!) They asked if I wanted replacement or refund (think they should have automatically sent another rather than wasting time emailing!. I replied to email asking for refund. After another week I contacted them again as I have not received my refund. I am still waiting for it! My experience therefore is once you have paid that don't care about you as a customer. If I had not contacted them I would still be waiting for my gift to arrive. Very poor customer service! which I expect they will blame on being busy at xmas, but if you cannot provide the service or goods do not advertise you can! This is a busy time of year for all retailers! and I still do not have my money back yet!
