The order was delivered on time and was complete except for the following. There was a issue with the condition of the packaging which may have been the fault of Prezzybox or it may have been due to the delivery company, the packaging had become open at one corner. and one of the items, a Peacock Feather Tall Candle Pot was missing.
As the items were to gift wrapped by me the recipient was not aware that there was an item less.
Other than this the Service was excellent
