The items were as expected, delivery was prompt, however, I didn't like how your system assumed the Billing address was the same as the Delivery address, which it wasn't. I did email you about this and you did respond to confirm this wasn't an issue, which it turns out wasn't as the deliveries made it to their destination. However, I was told by the recipient that the delivery name ended up being a mismatch of the recipients first name and my surname. I checked back on the order and I definitely had the correct first & last name typed in for delivery so not sure what happened there at your end? Note, when you see the same address on both delivery & billing it becomes troubling because you're not sure if the order will actually go through because of the wrong billing address. Which then requires the customer to contact you to confirm, this is somewhat annoying! Would be much better to be able to clearly put in a delivery address & a billing address, (like most online sites I visit). Thanks
