Part of my order included an engraved photo frame which came correctly engraved however it stated it was intended for 4x6inch photos. This was not the case as the space is slightly smaller both height and lengthways (checked with ruler!) which necessitates the selected picture being cut down to size. Very disappointed that this was not as described. Would not recommend this product and will not use this website again despite a couple of personalised bottles being received without problem.
