My purchase of 'chocolate topitoffs' was disappointing- I ordered two packs and, although they were delivered well within the expected time, the contents of one pack was damaged and the top layers of discs were completely smashed. I had purchased these as secret Santa presents and it was too late to try to reorder so I admit that I have not been able to give Prezzybox a chance to rectify the problem. I personally feel that the packaging was inadequate for such fragile items.
