The centre heart, which is supposed to be the place I met the gift receiver is not right. I phoned the phone number on your website and spoke to a lady called Rachel Gray. she told me to email her a photograph and any details regarding it, which I did (Rachel.gray@prezzybox.com) and I have heard nothing back. this was 2 days ago. I haven't even heard back to acknowledge my problem.
