Absolutely terrible. I was relying on you to deliver presents for my closest friends at Christmas. The order was wrong and what you did to try and resolve the issue by sending me my correct order was also incorrect. I am now waiting for a reply and resolve meant of the issue. No one seems to be getting back to me.
