Everything was well packaged, no problem with my order itself...however I would change your delivery company, they thought it was acceptable to throw my parcel over a 6ft gate into my back garden. Despite the fact that I'd placed a note in the window next to the front door to ask that it was delivered to a specific neighbour next door if we weren't in.
