Ordered a teapot bird feeder for my mum for Xmas, originally turned up with another item loose in a box with one piece of bubble wrap and unsurprisingly smashed to pieces. Replacement was sent out in good time however despite advising you of the poor packaging it turned up again still badly packaged and again smashed, however by this point- December 22nd- I gave up and requested a refund which will be sent soon, But no refund of P & P costs? Considering this was causing the issue seems a bit ridiculous that I have to pay for it.
