Although I'm reviewing Prezzybox, my problem was with the supplier delivering completely the wrong, personalised item? I was dissapointed as, although the response from Prezzybox was polite and understandable, a reply to my initial email was responded to with another saying they couldn't help me until after Christmas and possibly the new year? OK? Well, thanks for that? Another day, another order may well have earned 5 stars but I'm a bit loath to order anything else and really fed up?
