Ordered a driving experience about 10 days before Christmas for our daughters 21st birthday which happens to fall on Christmas Day. Hadn't received it within 4 days so panicked and telephoned the Prezzybox Customer Services. I spoke to a very helpful lady called Connie who reassured me and sent me a voucher almost immediately via email and followed this up with receiving the postal voucher the day after. Excellent customer services - thank you Connie.
