It's 28th December and I'm still waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered over a week ago. I tracked the package and saw it wasn't delivered as it was damaged. However, I was not informed of this delay. I called your customer service team and was assured another package had been sent express delivery and would arrive last Saturday. It didn't. I have no idea if or when I can expect my package to arrive. First time I've used this site and will be the last. I ordered things from Amazon and various other websites and everything arrived unbroken and on-time. I understand it's a busy time of year, but if you can't follow through on your orders, you should let people know. Very disappointing service.
