Pretty bad service, reasons:
Gift wrapping not offered on a present service, poor user experience.
Website badly designed, poor user experience.
Present was signed for by incorrect recipient - the recipients name is unique and no mistake can be made - emailed Pressybox several days ago and even allowing for Xmas holidays I have not heard nothing back and have 2 rather upset nieces awaiting gifts or at least an explanation. Extremely poor user experience.
You can guess if this company is ever getting any more money from me.
