Can't in all honesty say I was happy with Prezzy box having ordered a newspaper for a special birthday, which unfortunately they were unable to provide. They were able to take my money at the time of purchase though, however after telling me the item was unavailable the refund did not appear in my account for a couple of days. Their communications were excellent especially as it was the Christmas period.so top marks for that i'm only sorry things didn't work out.
