Order was meant to be delivered 21st December. It is now the 31st of December and no order has been delivered. The last update I had on tracking was that there was a delay on the 21st of December and "please allow 24 hours". I have no updates since and have emailed customer service twice but yet still no response!! Definitely will not be using again as I feel like they just wanted my money!!
