The items I bought were intended as gifts and were sent direct to the recipients, so I cannot comment on the quality of the goods. The recipients expressed thanks for the gifts but no additional comments as to the quality of the items. The goods arrived in time for Christmas, so there were no delivery problems. My criticism would be that the website/ company is not set up to deal with providing a gift service - no gift wrap service nor the possibility of adding personalised messages. There was also a problem regarding making the payment online which required me to contact the company directly. This added an extra layer of difficulty that I would have preferred to avoid - so not the best online experience compared to other companies (eg: Amazon).
