Placed an order on 16 Dec 2016 - that was split into 3 different deliveries. Two of them arrived (from different suppliers I think?) in good time. One of the deliveries did not and has still not. Wrote to query this 7 days ago and have the only acknowledgement was some automated email. Do you people even read these? This issue needs resolving because something has badly wrong at your end of things and the resposibilty of the delivery of goods - in good time - lies with you the supplier. I will again start counting the days to which there is any hint of a reply.
