Very poor communication, item cancelled without explanation, money refund took far too long. I would like to see what would happen if customers advised that they would not pay for items until 14 working days after delivery, which is the time taken for refunds to be actioned. On the whole a very unsatisfactory company to deal with - certainly the worst on the internet that I have had experience with.
