I've placed order (number 101744109) on 2nd of January expected delivery was till 6th of January but it didn't show up.
After that I wait for few days and call for prezzy box customer service one of the advisors advise me that they didn't had item in stock ( online site showed that they item was available) , anyway then he sad that item will be available in next few days and he will send it as express delivery. Okey I agree to wait a bit.
After week I still didn't get what I've ordered so I called customer service again. This time advisor sad that they don't have item in stock and they don't know when it will be available.
I get really frustrated , so I asked money back . Advisor agree to refund cash into my account in next few days.
Summary worst customer service I've ever had , they didn't contact me not even once so if I wouldn't call for them my self i would not get my order and either money.
I will never use this site again and will advise for my friends to not do so.
