I ordered two personalised books for a christening. One book arrived but the other did not. I then had an email to say the other book had been sent to the wrong address so did I want it resent. There was no apology for the mistake and I felt that waiting for me to reply to the email wasted time as this could of been resent immediately. I then receive a package but it is a duplicate of the book I had already received, not the one I was waiting for. I emailed to explain this and didn't receive a reply. So I had to email again to chase this up. The book eventually got sent out. Even though it was already very late you didn't feel the need to send it first class!!!! It was franked in the 48hour post rather than send it via the 24hr option. Very poor service. No explanation given. I certainly wouldn't use this company again. I also do not feel the nursery rhyme book was worth the money. Just a thin soft back book. Really disappointed.
