I placed an order on 19 January for my fathers birthday on 27 January. It wasn't until the day of his birthday when I discovered it hadn't been dispatched. After contacting you, I was told that part of my order had been discontinued and therefore my entire order had not been dispatched. I have now requested to cancel my whole order, with a full refund. I cannot believe that the item that hadn't been discontinued wasn't sent and that I had still be charged for the entire order!
