Have used them in the past on the odd occasion without issue. However the most recent time only part of the order was sent recorded and soda law the part that went missing wasnt....but i cant fault them as they responded quickly to the issue and after a few enquries on both ends the package was deemed lost in transit by royal mail and a replacement free of charge sent out recorded fast track in the post!
