I ordered the elephant planter for my mother's birthday. I was very excited as I thought it would be a nice addition to her living room accesories. However, it did arrive a day late. I understand mistakes happen, however it was her birthday when I found out the present would arrive late and was very upset I couldn't make her day special. The present arrived the day after and I couldn't believe, when I called her, that the statue was broken in several places. I must say I was absolutely dissatisfied with the product's packaging - no protection and no fragile label? I hope that this isn't a representation of Prezzybox's general quality of service. Despite this the website is well laid out and I may consider using it again as I hope this was a one-off experience. Jordan
